After you sign up, an email receipt is sent to you by the billing company. A copy of that receipt is sent to us (usually a couple of hours later because of ID confirmation processes and such).
Our current authentification process uses these emails to grant access to the member's area.
To expedite getting into the member's area, you can simply forward your email receipt to us, since you receive it much sooner than us.
If you already received one of these receipts, forward it to us and we'll make sure you get full access ASAP.
